In business, we play to win. But at work, we sometimes play just to play. Table tennis, table hockey and advent Hackatons, for example. We like to celebrate, both the simple things and greater achievements.
- Coffee ( Like, really good coffee!) and fruit is always available.
- Celebrating is something we enjoy: cake for a big order or award. Sometimes we celebrate just to celebrate, such as the National Cinnamon Bun Day.
- It doesn’t have to officially be “Casual Friday” in order for us to walk around in our Westermo Hoodies!
