Are you a recent graduate, aiming for growing personally and professionally?

Westermo Trainee Program is 9 months long and consists of both theory and practice. As trainee you'll have a mentor during the whole program in which, you'll have the opportunity to try different assignments at different departments. You'll also have the opportunity to participate and drive continuous improvement work. The program runs every other year (next one is 2027).

In February, we will advertise the Trainee Program, including which locations and positions are available.
