Are you our new Order Administrator & Inside Sales Representative?
This is a “all in one” kind of role — perfect for someone who thrives on variety, loves being hands-on, and enjoys working close to customers. You’ll be the go-to person for administration, customer support, sales support, and communication with our other offices across Europe.
Your main focus will be handling incoming orders and quotation requests. You’ll work administratively with order processing, preparing quotations, and supporting invoicing and purchasing. You’ll primarily use our ERP system IFS Cloud and CRM system Salesforce — essential tools for managing orders, customer data, and internal communication.
You’ll have frequent contact with customers regarding pricing, delivery times, terms, and more — via email and phone. As you grow into the role, you’ll also support with basic product-related questions. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in our factories in Sweden and Europe to place orders and ensure smooth delivery. Reporting and follow-up are also part of your responsibilities, including creating sales reports and supporting the finance department with documentation.

Requirements:
- Experience in administrative/operational work in areas such as inside sales, purchasing, logistics, or finance.
- Familiarity and understanding of ERP and CRM systems, preferably IFS Cloud and Salesforce.
- Fluent in English and Dutch
