Our headquarters in Västerås is home to around 120 employees. Most work within R&D – software and hardware development, but we’re also supported by teams in marketing, finance, IT, and other core functions. We are currently planning for the summer and need to strengthen our operations with summer substitutes during the period June-August. We will have vacancies in the following areas:

1. Technical Support: In this role, you will:

• Receive and handle incoming support cases from all around the world.

• Troubleshoot and solve customer and distributor issues with the support of colleagues and test equipment

• Gain insights into industrial networking technologies

• Working hours are 8.00-16.30

• It is a great advantage if you are studying Network Technology or similar at the university. 

1. R&D: Here, you may work with:

• Programming

• Testing

• Documentation

• Other development‑related tasks

• We prefer if you are in ongoing studies in Electronics, Computer Science, Data/IT, Robotics or related fields.

• Knowledge of C and/or Python and experience with Linux is a strong advantage.
