Technology is the future! At Westermo, we work with industrial data communication and deliver products to almost the entire world. This requires many different skills and roles. We care about each other and appreciate everyone's contributions. At Westermo, quality is a guiding principle in everything we do. Are you studying at a university or college and looking for a summer job to build experience? Then we might have the roles for you!
Our headquarters is in Västerås, where about 120 people work. Most are in R&D, i.e., software and hardware development. There are also support functions such as marketing, finance, and IT.
We are currently planning for the summer and need to strengthen our operations with summer substitutes during the period June-August. We will have vacancies in the following areas:
- Technical Support: Receive cases, solve or get help to solve customers' and distributors' problems. You will have colleagues and test equipment to assist you. It is a great advantage if you are studying Network Technology or similar at the university.
- R&D: Programming, testing, documentation, etc. We prefer that you are studying something in Electronics, Data/IT/Robotics or similar, and are familiar with programming in C and/or Python, in Linux.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a curious person who takes responsibility for their job and learning. You are communicative and enjoy collaborating. You are not afraid to ask for help if needed, and you are interested in working in the technology industry.
General Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old when the employment starts.
- You can communicate in Swedish and English.
Employment Conditions:
