Are you our new General Manager?
In this role you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the Swiss sites, including financial, administrative and legal matters. You will also act as the main point of contact for the Westermo Group and other external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the financial and administrative operations of the site, including accounting, controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, auditing and compliance
- Ensure implementation of and compliance with Westermo Group policies, procedures and guidelines as well as local legal and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and support the site's HR activities, such as recruitment, payroll, performance management, training and development, employee relations and retention
- Support team leaders in leading and developing their teams by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and excellence
- Represent the site and the Westermo Group in external relationships with local authorities and associations
- Monitor business numbers continuously to ensure that order intake, revenue and profitability targets are met.
- Ensure proper business ethics and code of conduct in adherence with Westermo policies.
- Promote the wellness of staff
- Maintain positive and trust-based relations with stakeholders

Requirements:
- Academic Degree, in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a technology or industrial company
- Strong knowledge and skills in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Reporting and Compliance
- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Great leadership, communication skills and interpersonal skills^
- Ability to work independently, proactively and strategically, as well as in a team and in a matrix organisation
- Customer-orientated, results-oriented and quality-conscious attitude
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland and abroad
- Fluent in German and English
