Westermo is a rapidly growing international company that is a leading supplier of equipment for industrial data communication to the world market. We have 12 sales and service offices around the world, and now we are looking forward to opening our next in Roskilde, Denmark!
Westermo develops and manufactures advanced products for industrial data communication that are used in mission-critical installations and in harsh industrial environments. Communication networks built from our products are very robust and secure and provide a high value for our customers.
Are you our new Account Manager?
Westermo Data Communication, our Swedish-Finnish sales company, is now looking for an Account Manager to expand to Denmark. Previously, we have had a distributor in Denmark, catering to our Danish customers, but now we are ready to do it under the Westermo Flag. You will be a part of the Swedish-Finnish-Danish team, and reporting to the Managing Director of said sales company. You will be responsible for the Danish market, working with both existing and future customers.
Your job will be to prospect, win and develop new customers as well as develop our current customer base. You will be responsible for our Danish customers, aiming to grow our market and customer portfolio.

The daily tasks include understanding the customer's needs in terms of network solutions and proposing solutions based on Westermo's products and services. We are working with several value-based sales techniques. You work together in a team consisting of technical support and inside sales, as well as specialists in pre-sales. The job involves traveling to the customers and sometimes to the head office in Sweden. You will be based in our sister company Beijer Electronic's office in Roskilde.
So, who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who loves to meet customers, solve problems, and believes in our products, solutions, and services. An excellent communicator who has the ability to engage, challenge, educate and influence others.
Qualifications:
- Experience in selling technical products through value-based selling.
- Higher Education in Technology
- Knowledge and experience in the Industrial Automation, Train and/or Energy industry. Comfortable working independently, but at the same time sees the big picture and contributes and shares knowledge with the team.
- High integrity and honesty, with a strong ethical approach to sales.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
Meritorious:
- Experience with SalesForce.
- Technical background in industrial data communication and/or process automation
