The Role
As a Technical Support Engineer with Westermo you will be working with current technologies such as LTE, 5G, WIFI 6 and cyber security within important industries like utilities and transport.
You will initially be delivering first line technical support and sales support to customers and colleagues which over time will lead to further opportunities within the organisation.

As product knowledge develops opportunities in field support or sales are available within the UK company.

So, who are we looking for?
Someone passionate about technology, who enjoys solving IT related problems.
With some understanding of communications technologies for instance; Ethernet, TCP/IP, Broadband routing, mobile data communications.
Requirements:
- Degree in a technical subject or equivalent is preferred
- Confident with video calling.
- Good IT knowledge- MS Office, Teams,
Meritorious:
- Previous technical support role
- Salesforce
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and netwoking
- Driving license
